BOURBON, leader in offshore oil & gas marine services is recruiting Contract Managers.
BOURBON is investing massively to renovate its fleet before 2015.
In this context the position of Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction within all areas and throughout the scope of the contract in order to achieve BOURBON’s plans and ensure full usage of the vessels.
Job Description
You will ensure day-to-day client satisfaction through compliance with all contractual clauses and client needs, taking full account of BOURBON's interests.
To do this, you will report clearly and regularly on all aspects of the main contract.
You will also work in close collaboration with the finance department to manage the financial aspects of the contract.
You will visit the vessels on a regular basis to control QHSE and vessel operations. You are responsible for safe operations as per BOURBON QSMS requirements as well as international regulations and client marine guidelines.
You will ensure the follow-up of any ship deficiency, crewing, or re-invoicing. You will prepare and present a remedial action plan to the Client and you will update the client action plan report.
For this position, experience and knowledge in the following fields are required:
- 3 to 5 years’ successful experience in contract management,
- Negotiating skills,
- Good knowledge of the industry (offshore, oil & gas industry),
- Strong leadership,
- Experience in multicultural management,
- International mobility,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
The Contract Manager will report to the Affiliate Managing Director and will be linked functionally to the Regional / Subsea Managing Director
