Careers in the offing
I develop processes for QHSE audits and I am in charge of its operational management worldwide. In all the affiliates, we are establishing audit processes that are compliant with ISM and ISPS maritime codes, ISO 9001 (quality standard) and ISO 14001 (environment standard) and, in particular cases, with the OHSAS 18001 (occupational health and safety at work standard). At the same time, we are developing self-evaluation systems to enable each entity in the Group to detect areas for improvement and implement the necessary actions.
Ulysses software
The QHSE module of the “Ulysses” fleet management software, dedicated to safety, incorporates all the safety management system instruction documents and incident reports in a single database.
This program provides access to reliable data which is updated in real-time, speeding up feedback and the sharing of experience.
After a test phase, the “Ulysses” system is being steadily deployed at all the offshore fleet’s bases.
This integrated resource helps users, officers and shore-base managers, to improve their working methods in order to adopt a consistent methodology that contributes significantly to the improvement of safety.
